Booking by phone is the quickest method of confirming that the vehicle is available for the dates you require. A reservation form will be sent to you by return of post, please complete and return to us together with a booking deposit of £100.00 per week, we will hold your reservation for up to five days pending the arrival of your reservation form and deposit.

By Post

Complete the reservation form and return it to us with a booking deposit of £100.00 per week. Confirmation of your choice of vehicle and dates you require will be sent to you by post. A full invoice will be sent approximately six weeks before the commencement of your holiday, payment of this invoice should reach us no later than 28 days before your departure. As this method can be slow, please allow 5 days for postage to reach us. We strongly recommend customers take out holiday insurance, as refunds cannot be made due to cancellations.

Documents to Bring with you:

We will need to check and photocopy your driving licence. There are two kinds of licence, one is the old paper type, the other is the newer photo card type. If yours is the latter, we will need to see both the photo card and the counter part as together they make up the complete driving licence and must be produced at the commencement of hire. IF BOTH PARTS OF THE DRIVING LICENCE CAN NOT BE PRODUCED NO HIRE CAN TAKE PLACE.

As well as your driving licence, we will need two forms of identification such as a passport and a utility bill (gas, electric etc). One must bear the name and address and signature of the person who signs the proposal form. If no means of identification are brought then NO HIRE CAN TAKE PLACE.
